Fourslide Assemblies

HCI can produce on our custom fourslide and high speed presses the custom components needed to feed into our assembly equipment to provide the turn-key assembly that you need.

From manual assemblies to automatic assemblies HCI can produce in volumes of hundreds to millions of pieces per year on custom equipment designed, built and maintained by HCI's in house toolroom and engineering staff.

Some Examples:

Three metal contacts are assembled automatically into a plastic body.	Two wires are resistance welded and three connectors are crimped on ends of wires.	A fourslide stamping assembled into a handle formed in a progressive die.	EMI Contacts assembled on a machine part.
