In House Heat Treating

We have an atmosphere controlled furnace for heat treating production parts with a chamber of 24 Cubic Feet.
We also have complete tool room heat treating capabilities.

In House Cleaning

We have a multi-station aqueous cleaner for cleaning production parts. We utilize a continuous recycling program which is environmentally safe and eliminates the need for hazardous materials.

In House Deburring

We have several methods of tumbling and deburring available.

Packaging

If needed, custom packaging can be supplied. Electronic scales are used to insure that you receive an accurate count.
